  • Schedule, manage, and conduct 1-on-1 coaching sessions and Masterclasses (via our booking system, Acuity Scheduling).

  • Process payments and issue invoices.

  • Respond to inquiries or messages submitted via email or social media.

  • We do not retain your personal data longer than strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. Data is only shared with essential service providers necessary for our operations (such as Acuity Scheduling and our hosting platform Squarespace).

1. Bookings & Payments

  • A booking for a coaching session is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email (please check your spam-folder if you don’t receive any email)

  • All listed rates include the services and facilities indicated on the website.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Up to 12 hours in advance: You may reschedule or cancel your session free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled time using the link in your confirmation email.

  • Within 12 hours: For cancellations or no-shows within 12 hours of the appointment, PASS Audition Studio reserves the right to charge the full session fee.

  • If PASS Audition Studio must reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness), a new time slot will be arranged in consultation with you.

  • Minimum Group Size: Group masterclasses are subject to a minimum requirement of 3 participants. PASS Audition Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a masterclass if this requirement is not met. In the event of a cancellation by PASS Audition Studio due to low enrollment, registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to a future date.

3. Location & Liability

  • All individual coaching sessions take place at our studio location in Wetteren, Belgium or elsewhere if indicated.

  • PASS Audition Studio is not liable for any damage, loss, or theft of personal belongings or musical instruments during your visit.

  • While we provide high-level professional coaching, audition outcomes remain the responsibility of the student. PASS Audition Studio cannot guarantee specific audition or exam results.
